Review studies will not be accepted at the congress.
When sending your papers, please include the title of your study topic in the e-mail subject section. Papers whose subject is not sent as stated in parentheses (such as Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation) will not be taken into consideration.
Abstracts of posters or oral presentations should be sent to isuhscongress2023@gmail.com.
Each author can participate in the congress with a maximum of two papers.
When sending an abstract, participants must indicate in the e-mail that they want to present an oral or poster presentation. After the abstracts are evaluated by the referees, the acceptance/rejection status and VERBAL or POSTER acceptance status will be notified to the applicants by e-mail.
Authors who will make the presentation (Poster or Oral Presentation) must register and pay the registration fee. The deadline for registration is November 10, 2023.
The congress committee has the right to change the abstracts accepted as oral presentations into poster presentation if the evaluations of the congress referees has decided to do so.
Participants have the opportunity to publish their studies in summary or full text in the congress abstract book or proceeding book. For this reason, participants must indicate their choice (summary or full text) in their submission.
Abstracts or full texts will be published in the congress abstract book or proceedings book. The congress proceedings book and abstract book will be published as E-ISBN and PDF on the congress website after the congress.
Ethics committee permission must be obtained if necessary for the studies to be presented at our congress.
Time of the oral presentations are limited to 10 minutes.
Participation documents will be delivered online via e-mail.
